Terms of Trade
The Trust is a registered CHARITY & would therefore appreciate prompt payment of your account.
CANCELLATIONS: 7 days notice via E mail (or in writing / post) is required to cancel any booking. Unfortunately, if a minimum of 7 days notice is not given, then the full charge for the hire will apply.
Please note that the facilities are run by volunteers only, therefore please tidy kitchen & main hall areas, & stack chairs & tables away after use. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
