We also need 4 long tables (2 on each side of the hal)l, 2 long tables at the back of the hall, a small table in the entrance hall and a long table in front of the hatch. 6 round tables in the main body of the hall. We will be there around 9am to set up so hopefully Mark will still be there to make sure there are no issues with the projector. |
